Entered the USAF on 23 Sept 1981 and retired as a Chief Master Sergeant on 1 Nov 2006. Served 25 years in aircraft maintenance working the B-52, KC-135 and the B-2 “Stealth Bomber”. Deployed in support of Operations DESERT SHIELD / DESERT STORM, ENDURING FREEDOM AND IRAQI FREEDOM.

Paul entered the Marine Corp in May of 1985 only to leave the Corp due to his untimely death in August of 2007. He left this world only 3 months away from being appointed Major. His final occupation was with MAWTS-1 in Yuma, AZ.

Initially worked as a nuclear weapons electronics technician and team chief. Successfully achieved the Airman Education & Commissioning Program, so was reduced in rank from and E-5 to an O-1. Last ten years worked in Research & Development at Wright-Patterson AFB until retiring in 1977 as an o-3.

Enlisted time (10-1/2 years) as a Nuclear Weapons electronics technician and team chief. Successfully worked toward the AECP. Received a Bachelor's and a Masters in Aero Engineering. Commissioned time (10 years) as a Research & Development engineer. Retired in '77. Now working to inform our youth about the military life the recruiters won't talk about.

Joined in 1987, currently a Master Sergeant stationed at Langley AFB, VA as the Command B-1 Bomber Electronic Warfare Systems Superintendent. Deployed in 2003 and 2004 in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Worked Electronic Warfare System on the B-1 and B-2 Bombers at McConnell AFB KS, Whiteman AFB MO, Dyess AFB TX and Langley AFB VA.
